I have researched and put together photos, and informative that I think you will find helpful.  I have over 20 years experience in the real estate industry and work out of the Royal Lepage office on Long Lake in Nanaimo. I not only handle real estate in Nanaimo, but all of the surrounding areas....Ladysmith, Nanoose Bay, Lantzville, Parksville and as far as Qualicum Beach. 

I work specifically with Baby Boomers, as I have obtained my certification as a SRES, seniors real estate specialist, through Sauders school of business at UBC  So I enjoy and relate to the 55+  as I understand the challenges of transitioning and downsizing. Of course I still understand  the younger generation and their needs,  as having 3 grown sons myself.  I just enjoy the industry and people.
